Dictations
Includes patient’s history, physical exam and ultrasound findings. Additionally, as the patient comes in for follow-ups, this portion will update with the new findings.
Progress Notes
Creates an account of the progress of the patient based upon the procedures that have been performed.
Procedure Notes
Generates a detailed list of everything that occured during the procedure, automatically including anything added in the program during the procedure.
Ultrasound Report
This is a detailed report that gives an account of ultrasound that was performed on the patient based on the information you've entered concerning the problematic veins. This report is easily retrievable and is convient for doctors to view when looking back on a patient's previous procedures.
Patient Letter
Automatically generates a letter to the patient based on the information that had been entered concerning their history, physical examination, and ultrasound examination from their last exam. Since this creates a patient letter for you based upon the information you've entered for their current exam, you'll save time by not having to compose a seperate one yourself.
Referring Physician Letter
Creates a letter based on the information you typed in to be sent to the referring physician. It includes their vein history and problems associated with it.
Insurance Pre-Authorization Letter
Created after the patient's information is added to be sent out to insurance companies, saving you the time and hassle of having to type up a seperate one yourself.
